Jason Dees & Sarah (Dees) Lichtenegger are fourth generation Dees Family auctioneers following in the footsteps of their Great Grandfather Charley Dees-Gradpa Silas Dees and Dad Stephen Dees. Stephen-Jason-& Sarah all three have grown up and been involved in auctions their entire lives.

Stephen's wife Ellen is cashier at most of the auctions.

Jason's wife Jennifer is usually busy taking care of Joel Silas Dees (born October 9, 2005) and Justin Shane Dees (born August 2. 2007). However when needed she does clerk or cashier.

Sarah's husband Daniel helps as ringman and clerk when not working at his real job or watching daughter Amalia Elizabeth Lichtenegger (born May 5, 2007).

Joe DeSpain started helping Silas Dees auctioneer when he was a teenager and is still auctioneering with Dees Auction Management for over 50 years.
